MSc in Data Science with minor degree in Entrepeneurship & Innovation. BSc in Computer Science. Within the field of Data Science, I am most experienced in ETL, data mining/analysis and data visualization. Also, I have a very strong liking for good old algorithmic problem solving and shallow machine learning.

Speaking about tools, I mostly work with and develop in Python, and I am particularly knowledgeable about data preprocessing and transformation, especially with pandas. Not coincidentally, I have been teaching these very same topics and some ML at IE University, where I am currently an Adjunct Professor. As of 2024, I am lecturing Introduction to Programming to 1st-year students in the Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA).

Currently I am interested in consolidating and expanding and more on the side of applied statistics (especially non-parametric statistics, causality and bayesian modelling).

Apart from writing code and mining data, on a more personal level I have a lot of different interests that go from urban gardening, playing billiards and darts, cooking, minimalistic photography and learning languages. I fluently speak Italian, English, Spanish and Polish; I can say few things in Portuguese, French, Turkish, Croatian and Russian; I even tried (and failed...) some Mandarin Chinese and Arabic.
